QUEST APARTMENTS PRESTON RESERVOIR GIFT

The Mini (Under 6 to Under 8 over 50m), Junior (Under 9 to Under 12 over 100m), and Senior (Under 13 to Under 16 over 100m) Preston Reservoir Gifts will be run on Championship Weekend. 

Qualification will be based the 100-metre (or 50-metre for the Mini Gift) time recorded during centre completion. The top 8 male and 8 female athletes for senior, junior and mini races will given the opportunity to run in the Preston Reservoir Gift. If an athlete chooses not to run, then the athlete with the next fastest time will be offered the opportunity to compete in the Gift. 

To be eligible to compete at Centre Championships, including the Preston Reservoir Gift, athletes are required to have participated in a minimum of 50 per cent of Centre competition during the current season and a parent/guardian of each athlete is expected to officiate on competition days during the current season. 

Athletes who qualify for Preston Reservoir Gift must also compete at the Centre Championship. 

If the Preston Reservoir Gift is not run due to inclement weather or unforeseen events placing will be awarded based on athletes’ season best time.
